Life Coaching Session (Phone Call)

Service Description

Life Coaching Sessions offer you one on one space to work with a wellness professional to help you make progress and attain a greater level of fulfillment in your life. During the consultation, we will assess the need of the client, devise a plan of action for coaching, plan for follow-up, and/or accountability for follow-through. Then discuss various methods of healing as time allows. Some of the Positive Outcomes we hear from our past clients include accountability, better work, and life balance, improved communication skills, stronger relationships, elimination of childhood trauma, and spiritual enlightenment. *This service is offered via an online video platform such as Zoom, Google Duo, or other video platforms in increments of 60 minutes. Please note that to efficiently address your needs and resolve some issues, we may need more than one session. Please make sure you are ready to start at your appointment time. If you are running late or if there are technical difficulties on your end, we will not refund your payment. We will remain available for your full appointment hour and once the time is up you will need to book another appointment. Please make sure you are able to use both audio and video on your computer.
