Service Description

The Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience (Yang / Up-regulated Experience) This breathwork experience combines movement (shaking), rounds of guided breathing set to a cadence of the music to energize the body, mind and soul. It involves rhythmic breathing and specifically designed breath holds and exhalations to shift one's physical, mental and emotional state. Rhythmic breathing has been scientifically shown to change one's brainwave states from beta to alpha and even theta. (Among many other incredible outcomes) In this brainwave state the brain activity changes and allows the participant to go into a deeper state of meditation. Once the breather has reached this pinnacle we introduce a very specific and intentional guided meditation that has been shown time and time again to help participants experience deep gratitude, opening their hearts through this high vibrational energy and connecting deeply with themselves. This can be a very profound (possibly intense) transformative experience for many participants. Many people have even described it as one of the most profound experiences of their lives.

If you are booking a Breathwork Session please see this important information below. Contradictions: If you have Epilepsy, are Pregnant, Bipolar, or have Schizophrenia please reconsider booking this class. ***Please Be on Time***—This is one of the most important reminders on the list. The first 10 minutes of the class contain essential instructions. If you have never breathed this way before, I need to give you all the details on how to breathe, what you may experience, etc. Also, I need to start my class from a space of peace, which we do at the beginning of our time together. Latecomers will NOT BE PERMITTED once the class has begun. Comfort- This journey requires that you be as comfortable as possible. Please make sure to wear comfy clothing and set up your space to be as comfortable for you as possible. Solitude- Breathwork is a deep journey within. It requires that you place 100 percent of your focus on yourself. If you have children, please ensure you have cared for them or have a sitter before you come. If you live with someone, please inform them that you will need at least 1 hour and a half for your journey. You may laugh, cry, or feel emotions, so tell them not to be alarmed. If you have pets, please put them away so they do not distract you from your journey. Zoom Camera Must Be On- I must see you to ensure that you are breathing correctly, safely, and not having any issues. Please position the camera so that I can see you while in session. Also, please do not use a background filter. The filter will block you if you are not entirely in my line of sight. This is equivalent to being in a breathwork studio, and the instructor comes by to ensure you are doing okay. In an online session, the camera is my only way to ensure this, so please cooperate with the camera on request. What to Bring with You to Class • Eye mask or something to cover your eyes to stay focused on going within • Sometimes, your temperature can drop so you may want a blanket and pillow • Water in case breathing this way dries your mouth • Journal to write down any significant ideas or information that comes up for you.
